Projector & Lyrics Display – Help Guide
The first thing to do is to create an account if you have not done already, as many of the features will not work without logging in.
This page is designed for church media and projection team members who use this site
to display song lyrics and Bible verses on an LED screen or projector
during worship services.
You do not need advanced technical knowledge.
Most actions can be done with a single click or by using the Ctrl key on your keyboard.
Adding Songs for Worship (Setlist / Favourites)
You can prepare your worship set in advance by adding songs to your Favourites page.
This works like a setlist for the service.
How to add a song to Favourites
- Icons to add/remove songs to/from your setlist are provided with almost all song lists in the site. Similar icons are there in the songs display page.
- Click the icon to add a song to the Setlist page.
- Likewise, click the icon to remove a song from the Setlist page.
- The song will be saved to your Setlist page.
Tip:
Prepare your entire worship set before the service starts so you don’t have to search for songs during worship.
Sending Lyrics or Bible Verses to the Projector
Anywhere you see the icon on the site, it means:
“Send this content to the projector screen.”
Projecting from a song page
- Open the song you want.
- Click the icon.
- The lyrics will appear on the projector screen instantly.
Projecting from the Favourites (Setlist) page
- Open your Setlist page.
- Each song has its own icon.
- Click the icon next to the song you want to display.
- icons are provided in almost all song lists. So you can project song lyrics right from the list.
Best Practice:
Prepare your setlist well in advance. Use the Setlist page during live worship.
It avoids searching and keeps transitions smooth.
Working with Bible Verses
Bible verses can be handled in two powerful ways:
- Directly project verses
- Save verses to the “Verses to Project” page and project from there.
Option 1: Project a verse immediately
- Hold Ctrl
- Click one or more verses
- Then click on icon to send the verses to the projector
This is useful for:
- Responsive worship
- When the pastor suddenly refers to a verse
- Quick scripture display
Option 2: Save verses to “Verses to Project” page
- Hold Ctrl
- Click one or more verses
- Then click on icon to send the verses to the Verses to Project page
Later, from the Verses to Project page:
- Review the selected verses
- Click the icon to project them
- Project verses in the correct order during the sermon
Tip:
This is perfect for sermon preparation.
Select all verses in advance, then display them one by one during preaching.
Important Usage Tips
- Always test the projector connection before the service.
- Use one computer for control and one screen for projection.
- Avoid refreshing the projector window during live worship.
- Keep font size and contrast suitable for LED screens.
Final Notes for Media Team
This system is designed to:
- Reduce stress during worship
- Help you focus on ministry, not technology
- Make scripture and lyrics clear for the congregation
